BCR treatment research that may be helpful

Hi all, For those of you with PCa recurrence you may have already seen this report, but I found it a helpful summary. sciencedirect.com/science/a...

It is worth noting that most of the work seems applicable to those with de novo situations (no prior ADT).

There seem to be quite a few of us here who are now BCR after already undergoing primary treatments with ADT, so the work may not directly apply, but I still found it helpful when trying to sort out treatment strategy when BCR again after a first round.
