AMG 757 Abstract

Purpose: Small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) is an aggressive neuroendocrine tumor with a high relapse rate, limited therapeutic options, and poor prognosis. We investigated the antitumor activity of AMG 757, a half-life extended bispecific T-cell engager molecule targeting delta-like ligand 3 (DLL3)-a target that is selectively expressed in SCLC tumors, but with minimal normal tissue expression.

My brother is researching this trial at the U of C in Chicago. His bone metastasis is spreading after 18 rounds of Cisplatin and Etoposide last year and this year he’s on Docataxel his 5 th of 6, and it doesn’t seem to be effective in reducing the bone Mets. Any info is appreciated. Thank you!

Hi Jzner, my understanding is that the AMG 757 trial requires that a potential subject to not be progressing. Out of curiosity, why is your brother receiving Docetaxel without Carboplatin? I’m assuming he has neuroendocrine cancer he’s trying to control?

Hi John, you probably are aware that this trial is for neuroendocrine pc? It worked well for small cell lung cancer and now they are extending it to nepc.

He has scpc. He has Cisplatin last year which is a sister drug of Carboplatin, maybe that’s why he just gets docataxel. His Oncologist at the U of C told him he is a candidate for the trial.

Did your family member go on AMG 757. My husband has a consult to join the study on May 5 with Dr. Stadler.

No he did not. He’s on his last infusion of Docetaxel this Monday. Then scans in 3 weeks. He also goes to Dr. Stadler. In maybe in the horizon, but not just yet.
