AMG 509 and CC-94676 Clinical Trials

Has anyone participated in the AMG 509 (immunotherapy) clinical trial or the CC-94676 (oral hormonal therapy) clinical trial? What side effects have you experienced? Were positive results achieved? Does anyone know if you choose one over the other, are you precluded from participating in the remaining clinical trial?

TA, do you know if, of the two ... has one proved more successful?

Was on the amg509 trial and is doing (really) well

Was also on the amg509 trial at a lower dose but it was not successful. He lost his battle with Pca (healthunlocked.com/advanced... ) but in his posts he mentions others where he heard it was successful.

It's in clinical trials so there is no proof. Some patients on here have done the trial for AMG 509. Did you try the search bar?

I know they are both clinical trials. I was just wondering if you knew anything more as far as one providing more success than the other.

My husband was supposed to start the clinical trial at MSK, but his platelets fell below 100, which disqualified him.

I’m sorry to hear that. My dad is trying to decide if it is right for him. Your post was all I could find out there mentioning it. I hope you and your husband can find the next best treatment option. ❤️ prayers to you both.
