Hi brothers !
I was recently given numbers indicating an undetectable PSA of <.01 and a “Free PSA” value of <.02.
Does this mean I have a small amount of “free PSA” ? Or does it mean they only measure free PSA values over .02 ???
Not sure why they even measured free PSA as they haven’t done so in many years.
Thanks for providing any insight !

The latter. The less than symbol "<" means that the lab test doesn't measure lower values. Free PSA is meaningless for you anyway.
