I have been taking Erleada 240mg a day for 60 days .It’s causing my heart rate to drop. Is anyone aware of a cancer med that does not effect heart functions. Besides periodic muscle spasms that’s the only drawback.

How is your blood pressure?. Erleada is associated with hypertension. Hypertension could lead to a decrease of the heart rate.

Erleada could also affect heart function including ischemic heart disease and heart failure.

Slow heart beat (bradycardia) is not listed as a side effect of Erleada. However, hypothyroidism is a known side effect and can cause bradycardia. I suggest you get a blood test for thyroid hormone. If that is the cause, it may be causing fatigue and weight gain too. The solution may be as simple as a thyroid pill.
