Malecare conducts pioneering research, collaborates with organizations worldwide, and facilitates many of the world's most helpful and longest-running prostate cancer support groups.
We do all this in the most economically efficient manner possible. But we don't do gimmick-based fundraising.

Is Malecare opposed to the use of anything outside of SOC (supps, off label meds, diet, exercise, various forms of high T therapy)? Many, perhaps most, practicing docs seem to be.
I understand the importance of your question, but I don't think it is appropriate for me to critique another organization operating in the same space. I've posted some facts that might better address your question. Meanwhile, regarding SOC, you can search through our website, our communities, here, and our youtube.com/malecare channel and see for yourself that we are entirely open to discussing "outside of SOC" therapies. We believe in evidence-based treatments, and where there is no evidence, commonsense-based approaches, discussed with deep understanding and respect of individual patient goals and beliefs. We stop at the edge of the cliff of clearly harmful (e.g., cyanide enemas)or fantasmagorical things.Malecare is the only nonprofit in our space that has invented (and earned patent for) quality of life-related devices, conducts NIH funded clinical trials, pioneered several aspects in the field of psycho-oncology, including work on underserved and minority communities, including identifying advanced-stage prostate cancer patients as a cohort with unique psycho-social needs, created the worlds first cancer research crowdfunding platform, the worlds first cancer survivor dating site (important for single men with pca), the Global Prostate Cancer Alliance, the National LGBT Cancer Project, the Twice As Many project for African-American men with prostate cancer, Prostate Cancer Under Fire project for active duty and retired military men and what I believe most men agree is one of the world's largest and most helpful online support communities, here. Malecare has never tried to divert millions of taxpayer dollars from a state prostate cancer coalition, nor has Malecare's founder received a presidential pardon from former president Trump.
