PSA started at 6.60. Then G7 (3+4) after monotherapy post treatment SBRT 6 mo. was 3.30 and 12 mo. was 1.43 and now 18 mo. is 1.11. Trending down but shouldn't it be closer to nadir .05 at 18 mo. post treatment?

Mine took 4 years to reach nadir, which is 0.1. Why do you think your nadir will be 0.05? That would be VERY unusual.
I meant .5 that is considered nadir correct? Didn't realize it could take up to four years. I was told it should be reached within two years post rads treatment.
Your trend is excellent! Many have posted here on HU, that slower to nadir often equates to a longer OS. Lets take that as another positive. I too am slowly coming down. Will take all the Wins we can get!Best,
Mike
