What do yo estimate will be the overall cost of LU-177 in India? Is the cost vs Heidelburg significantly less? Thanks,

Mike

Never considered Heidelberg. Appx cost India/treatment-only, $6000.

HOW MANY TREATMENT DO YOU NEED? HOW LONG YOU STAY IN THE HOSPITAL? HOW MUCH TRIP COST? WHERE IN INDIA? THANKS

Looks like my trip will be around ten days as I placed an overnight in Houston to allow for no mistakes or missed connections.

I had four treatments in a clinical trial program over two years ago with outstanding results….it does help that I’m 100% psma positive…according to my doctors in Houston I was the poster child perfect candidate for the Lu177 and they were correct…I got over two years of great low PSA’s and for the most part my life was back to normal (of course without testosterone which as we all know leaves us feeling fatigued most of the time).

If this is your first Lu I would think possibly four treatments (which is what I believe will be protocol after our FDA finally approves the Lu for us guys battling prostate cancer).

I’m going to try two treatments of the std Lu to see if I can replicate my previous experience

If for some reason it’s not working as well as we hope then we will switch the third to Lu with a “bump” of Act 225.

There’s no overnight at the hospital you be treated and sent back to your hotel.

They will want you to stay for a few afterwards for dozcemtery scans then you will be free to fly home.

Please understand there are others in this group that can and hopefully will correct any inaccurate info I’m giving you as my experience with Lu was done within the states. India I’m sure is a whole different game but from what I read it’s the usual Lu protocol.

Cost can and will vary but the medicine itself I think is around 5/7k….want to say that includes your Gallium (which I have done already and sent them) hoping it reduces my out of pocket expense.

Airfare is and lodging will be another expense that will vary on your travel preferences

I’m lucky that I had enough points (as I use many CCs in my business) to cover both airfare and lodging…if you cover it in cash I would say business class is gonna set you back between 2500/3200 the hotel around $80 a day depending on room selection then you have your food.

My guess is all in cash should be around 12/13k all in and that might be a little on the high side….others in this group will certainly chime in I hope and maybe give you a better idea.

When I return I will post up a report on how my trip went and I know of another going the week after me so some pretty recent data should be available coming soon 😊

I staying at the Westin in New Delhi which from what I read is probably the best place. I have mixed reviews but for the most part it seems to be a nice place.

Luis85715 my hopes and prayers are with you and us all as we try to enjoy the time we have left with those we love most….preferably wonderful quality time 😊

I hope this helps and ask the ones that have been on this group the longest to please step in if I have given erroneous advice.

Good luck to us all!!

We checked, Germany was 27,000.00 per treatment.

wow! So there are significant savings going to India. Sounds like you multiply the costs (and savings) by 4 at a minimum for 4 treatment sessions.

Possibly 3 treatments. Depends on results/side effects. No hospital stay. Business class round-trip LAX-Delhi $2500-$3500/person, depending on day of week, one stop SFO.
