Nauseas and Vomiting stage 4

Has anyone else been nauseas constantly, throwing up and occasional diarrhea and no one knows why.

I can only assume you have stage 4 PCA and are taking meds. Otherwise I think you're 8 weeks into your pregnancy.

Not pregnant. Stage 4 not taking any medications for cancer. Had brain Mets and did radiation. Finished chemo December 31 2020

Brain mets can cause nausea and vomiting and also tumors in other locations. Of course there are many other potential causes, but since you are stage 4, I'd want to eliminate PCa mets or other cancers if possible.

Have you had imaging done recently?

The last imaging was for his brain Mets after radiation

You could go to a gastroenterologist. They could scope you from the bottom up (colonoscopy) and from the top down (endoscopy) in the same session. I've had this done. It may not find the cause but can rule out many. A screening colonoscopy is not bad idea to do periodically anyway.

I concur with this suggestion. One problem that could cause your symptoms is Celiac disease. You may want to swear off anything with gluten / wheat until you can get this checked out. My father had this disease manifest when he was in his late 40's. It was a terrible thing to witness.

I have a lot of bowel problems that started about 5 years ago and no one knows what is causing it. I did have pelvic radiation 20 years ago and just read an article that said pelvice radiation can cause bowel problems.
