Exciting because the PYL-F18 tracer will expand availability for sensitive scan use, this is due to the production of, and the half-life of the tracer. The tracer is close to the sensitivity of the best scans via G68-PSMA, so definitely a reason to be excited.

Ga68 is EXTREMELY TIME SENSITIVE for usage and difficult to produce requiring nuclear cyclotron >>>

Cardinal Health is rolling out Ga68 generators at most of their 150 nuclear pharmacies. They will provide doses on demand/scheduled as they do with cardiac/bone/liver etc doses. The half life is very short so locally is best. Of course expensive since Lantheus and Cardinal own the product, btw Cardinal owns Xofigo as well. My advice buy Cardinal stock the dividends are great. I am a former nuclear pharmacist at Cardinal (11+ years).
