Sull dents

Diagnosed 1/2016 PSA 20, GL 9. I've been on Decapeptyl for 5 years and Xytiga plus pred sine 4/2020.

Over the last year or so small dents have started to appear on my skull just above my forehead. The spread has increased over recent months. Thet are not deep and there is no pain even when I press or tap them. No other symptoms.

Could this be a result of the medication or metastases? Has anyone else on the forum had a similar problem?

Any information gratefully received.

It's rare, but it can be due to cancer, such as multiple myeloma, but also other conditions. You need to get it looked at.

Thank you for this. I have been to my local doctor who outlined possibilities and is referring me for bone and ct scan, but as hospitals are conccentrating on covid it it could be a few months before they materialise.

No, this needs to be evaluated promptly and not waiting months. You can get the scans with appropriate safety protocols. I would insist on it.

Weird..... but just the other day I noticed one in the same spot on my head that you described..... (my wife just laughted when I showed it to her).... Now I can't wait for the humor.....ready, go, get set....

If your wife puts a finger in one ear and blows real hard into the other. she might be able to get rid of that dent. Made in USA will remain.

Good to know we have somethng else in common besides our names. my wife doesn't take it seriously either. Obviously my dents are made in Scotland, possibly helped by the amount of Scotch I've drunk over the years.

Pssssst I figured it out.....They are from all the years bumping our heads on the headboard and occasionally the footboard.......... Scotch is a liquid reserved for pouring over wounds.... enjoy.....
