(1) Your PSA remain undetectable and your Alk Phos remain below 100.

(2) Your BMI drop to 22 and your blood sugar and blood pressure remain normal.

(3) You find a lot of sulforaphane rich food, Quercetin rich foods and Resveratrol rich foods to eat .

(4) You get blessed with high quality Green and Black tea with ample amount of EGCG.

(5) May Cayenne pepper, long pepper and peppercorns burn your cancer cells.

(6) You get blessed with at least 10000 steps a day walk/run and some resistance exercises.

(7) May Holy basil, Parsley, Oragano, RoseMary ,Black seed.. pop up your cancer cells.

(8) May anti inflammatories like Ginger, Onions turmeric, Garlic knock down your inflammation blocking cancer cells from growing.

(9) May your testing show NO germline mutation.

(10) May strong and long term ADT.. NOT convert your cancer cells into NeuroEndocrine .

(11) May your wife and loved ones remain your rocks.

(12) May our forum remain calm and free of unnecessary bickering.

(13) May you and yours be happy and enjoy life all year.
