Getting his inflammation to as low as possible (C Reactive protein below 1.0 at least) can enhance the cancer killing effect of Docetaxel chemo. You can use anti inflammatory foods and herbs to accomplish this goal. There is a chinese herbal mixture called WEDELIA SINENSIS which boost the effect of Docetaxel Chemo. Please see study below to know details about this

Wedelia Chinensis is a type of SunFlower.

Xofigo seems to allow for a lower dose and reduced toxicity:

Various immunotherapy combinations are in clinical trials. During the pandemic, everyone getting chemo should get Neulasta, imo. Neulasta is given with an antihistamine.

Combining a taxane with carboplatin tested well. So did adding metronomic cyclophosphamide:

Prednisone is always added to counter inflammation. He may feel a lot better if he has a fluid infusion in a couple of days after each treatment.

There are dozens of combinations in clinical trials. Of course, he should not take anything with it without express permission from his oncologist. Especially avoid anti-oxidants.

Will metronomic cyclophosphamide work following a Cabazitaxel therapy too?

It was only tested with docetaxel, so all I can do is guess. My guess would be yes because their actions are complementary.

I don’t know about any drugs . T-A does. I’ve yet to do chemo . I did 8 weeks of imrt under a plan of “Fast & live”. It’s said to work with chemo too .. There is a YouTube video on this . My Nat onco put me on this . The theory is by fasting 2 -500 calorie days of treatment per week weakens the bad cells making them more easily knocked of by treatment . It was hard . I went from 233 w muscle to 165 and gaunt .. one must be able to take it . I did. I feel it helped . I’m at 190 now .. I went into undetectable mode and have stayed here five years now . Idid a lot of alt med during that Time also . I Was of the mind to try anything . Good luck 🙏

Everybody has an idea, but...... be sure and continue Lupron/Eligard while on chemotherapy.

I can only point to what’s not SOC; only the six month clinical trial in which I participated in 2004. During this trial absolutely zero supplements allowed...... there were a number of combination drugs that were used.....

Not sure about the efficacy, but I found that over the counter sleeping pills helped with the insomnia caused by the steroids and beers on Fridays seemed to keep me sane 😁 DD.

I read this from Edward Friedman."Bee propolis enhances chemo because of its CAPE. " pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/238...

Please read Dr. Shamsuddin’s book “IP6 and Inositol “ Available from Amazon. In his review of the research on IP6 combined with Inositol, he discusses the experiments using chemo with IP6. It is synergistic and contributes to impressive results. IP6 is of course sold over the counter and there are multiple manufacturers. I prefer natures way Cell Forte IP6.

CalBear..I have got Inositol tabs 1000mg each. What should be right dose ? Is IP6 necessary or just Inositol is sufficient ?

Inositol alone has been tested by Israeli psychiatrists when treating multiple disorders and been effective. Shamsudin’s research at the University of Maryland medical school demonstrated the two must be combined in order to achieve maximum suppression of cancer. 1000 mg tablets is not sufficient unless you like eating a lot of tablets. I am currently on a 12 scoop regimen and one scoop is approximately equivalent to 7 to 8 tablets. I take six scoops in the early a.m. and again at 3:30 PM. Natures way cell forte is my preferred brand. I am getting more than 60,000 mg a day of IP6 and inositol. I also have a mid day session of other various supplements including berberine, mushroom complexes, green tea extract, etc.

Thanks for the follow up. I did figure it out and am amazed at your program. If possible to keep the cost down what would you absolutely keep. I just saw BIRM now can be purchased in tablet form. 45 day supply $ 180 US . $2160 dollars a year. Worth it? Since doing LU-177 and AC-225 four times at the University of Heidelberg

and a PSA of 0.1 I am seeking supplements to kill off any microscopic circulating.

I do not use BIRM.

It's not a drug but fasting 3 days before the chemo treatment and for another 24 hours after the treatment has been shown not only to reduce or eliminate side-effects from the chemo by protecting the normal cells but it also makes the cancer cells much more vulnerable to chemo, hence a win-win on both fronts.

There is a decent amount of articles on this, even documentaries. It is also discussed in the book from Valter Longo, The Longevity Diet which covers longevity but also cancer and other diseases. That combination would be my treatment of choice but in my case the only treatment I am offered is ADT and radiation.

Fasting also offers a measure of protection against radiation since it causes normal cells to go in protection mode while cancerous cells just continue as usual and they get nabbed more by the rays but there is no way I can fast for over a month anymore as the longest I've ever done was 18-days and I no longer have that kind of fat reserves that I used to have. ;)

Try to eat something at normal meal times or whenever you feel peckish. Drink more fluid than normal. Try to walk for at least 30mins everyday and be kind to yourself and others. Sleep when tired. This is your healing time, be patient and let the treatment help heal your body 🙏
