All the research articles I've found don't delineate between top and bottom jaw, so I was wondering if anybody here has more detailed info. Thanks!

Hey V10! I Am on prolia .It’s a watered down version of Xgeva for osteopenia . My dentist told me that the top jaw has better circulation and less likely to be a problem .He attempted and failed a a dental post about 8 months ago on a top back molar . . The bone collapsed around the post . This is due to my faulty bone density now . For the first time since being a kid I am walking around with a kentuckysmile . Cant do a post .we tried . My fear is that other teeth will fail too. Comes with the tuff supposedly . Take care

Good it was a back molar. Would hate to see you walking around Kentucky with an Alfred E. Neuman smile.
Alfred E. was a cult hero to my brothers and I at the time. Either way , any walking even in Kentucky with no teeth is better than pushin daises ..my friend . It’s now looking like we will have to ride this covid out for another year . Sad stuff .

Any dentist who says “This won’t hurt a bit” is lying through your teeth.
