I guess I am one of the lucky one.

73 y.o. with G(4+3=7) Grade 3 Unfavourable Intermediate Risk with PeriNeurale Invasion but still localised Prostate Cancer. Through the planning scan, they found multiple tumours and 3 that were VERY close to the prostatic capsule.

I was treated by VMAT-RT 3 Gy X 20 Fx for a total of 60 Gy of HypoFractionnated RT through the whole pelvic area and Lupron Depot 22.5 mg/12 weeks X 2.

Results: PSA went from 20.4 to 0.03 ug/L and Testosterone from 18.2 nmol/L or 524.9244 ng/dL to 0.2 nmol/L or 5.7684 ng/dL.
