Is Erleada as effective as Xtandi in slowing the growth of Cancer Cells? If so, how can you lesson the terrible side effects?

The fatigue is terrible followed very closely with depression. Anyone know how to reduce these side effects

There hasn't been a direct comparison, but they seem to be equally good at it for men with mHSPC. It is possible that Nubeqa (darolutamide) mat be less fatiguing because it doesn't affect the GABAA receptors responsible for feeling slowed down. It may also be less likely to cause depression because it doesn't cross the blood-brain barrier. Maybe your oncologist can convince your insurance for an off-label approval because of your symptoms.
