Recommendations ?

In your experience, do you recommend anything (more tests, food, supplementation, exercise, something alternative) that can benefit the results of the treatments?

(Unfortunately my father is a smoker: /)

My one recommendation would be vitamin D3. Cancer patients have low D3 levels. A doctor told me to get my D3 checked and sure enough it was low. I have been taking 5000 i.u.'s of D3 daily for the last 20+ years.

Since hormonal therapy often results in a loss of muscle mass, some sort of resistance training (weight-lifting, etc.) is good to add on to more normal exercise of walking, swimming, etc.

A healthy diet is beneficial, meaning cut back on sugars, simple carbs and processed/junk foods. (Red wine is a better option than beer, if he drinks.) If quitting smoking is not going to happen, maybe cut back at least?

🤙🏽

For my husband- supplements he uses ( from his naturopath) fish oil, genistein , modified fruit pectin, beet juice crystals

Exercise- running walking and weights

Meditation, acupuncture and gratitude practice

Releasing past ( issues sit in tissues)

Reduce processed foods and add more veggies - may not stop cancer but less sugar and more whole foods is not a cancer ally 🤷🏻‍♀️

His wife prays everyday for the best outcome and new treatments to help him live a happy and fulfilling life.

Stay positive- it’s a choice!

Hope this helps

My brother is a physical education teacher and has a gym. He will start going a few times a week. Thanks.

A naturalpathic can put him on a holistic plan as well

As conventional treatments. That’s what I did five years ago . But its tuff to get anyone to change if they don’t want to. My wife insisted that I took the naturalpathic .Many men don’t change a thing and live with APC for many years . Basic thinking is to stop all refined sugars and food. No animal proteins. Plant based diet . If he’s on the SAD diet it can be quit a shock . I lost 30 lbs .. A basic healthy diet hurts no one . Once in a while cheating is ok. It’s up to whoever is cooking his food . My wife does it for me . I’m blessed. On my own id probably still be eating a lot of junk foods.. Love dad ! that’s the best medicine he needs . 🌵😷

Thanks

He's a practical person.

He does what is recommended by the doctor and deals as if it were another problem. Yesterday in the second chemotherapy session he fell asleep while waiting for it to end.

Sometimes it doesn't seem true, because being with him is like there is no serious problem.

He is strong then . Love him

Up!❤️

I agree, stopping smoking right now loads a great deal of stress on your brother.

I would recommend going to my previous posts which deal with supplements, especially IP6. I have used IP6 for years and it has made a significant difference. This was confirmed by a radiologist who reported extensive necrosis of cancer cells in two different locations.
