Since my PSMA test came back with just one hot spot which is not enough to do LU 177 the new plan is to do HDR at U.CL.A. With Dr. Chang in conjunction with Opdivo/ Yervoy with Dr. Lam. I will have 2 sessions of HDR and up to 8 sessions of Opdivo/Yervoy. It might be wishful thinking but I’m hoping for a cure. If not at least a durable remission.

Dr Chang is great, he did my HDR-BT last year with excellent results, and no SE’s.
Good luck! I hope it works for you.
Thanks. Wondering if you have a opinion on it.
I think that immunotherapy and radiation are a good combination, although Yervoy alone + RT was not successful. Maybe combining it with Opdivo will work better. They tried a combination of the two before (without RT) that had minimal effectiveness and high toxicity, but I understand they have reformulated the combo.
They are using Yervoy in combination with the Opdivo. Is this what you mean.
Question, I am going to UCLA next week for PSMA scan. Is your treatment part of a trial or readily available?
It is not a trial. Talk to your doctor about it.
