As my headline states, I'm in search of the best prostate cancer specialist in the state of Michigan. I'm tired of butting heads with my current MO over our interpretations regarding the standard of care and have decided to move on before it's to late. Please in Michigan only as I have an intense phobia over flying. I'm looking for names, not just hospitals, thank you.
Looking for the best Prostate cancer ... - Advanced Prostate...
Looking for the best Prostate cancer MO in Michigan.
David Smith at U of Michigan or Ulka N. Vaishampayan at Karmanos
Sorry I can't help you with any names. But I feel your pain... I'm in the same boat (not plane!), here in NH, with my default MO who specializes decidedly NOT in PC and seems not to have read any of the more recent stuff I've been reading. At least I'm not too far from Boston, so plenty of options.
All I really wanted to say, as to butting heads with an MO over interpretations regarding the standard of care , is I hope you can share those differences here on the forum, for the benefit of us all, and hopefully you, too.
Thanks, and good luck!
Elisabeth Heath at Karmanos is my MO. Very knowledgeable and kind.
I once was afraid of flying until one day I then decided to use an airplane...
