I got punctal stenosis and just found out it could have been from the chemo treatment --- did anyone else experience this? --- it's real bad tearing of the eyes...
Thanks for any comments or suggestions on how to deal/treat this condition...

This is a fairly common problem with Docetaxel. I Had this really bad during chemo and I still have this at times 1-1/2 years after chemo ended. I remember discussing it with my doctor while I was doing chemo and he said "Do you have it ALL the time?" I said "Well, it's almost all the time." Then he said "If it's all the time, you have to stop doing chemo." Docetaxel chemo can damage your tear ducts.
I would suggest having your tear ducts looked at. I've heard there is a surgery that is sometimes needed, but don't know much other than that. I'm probably going to have mine checked out at some point, especially if I ever do chemo again.
