Xtandi , Peloton, and life.....

For the guys who like to exercise or the ones considering it bring in a Peloton..it is not a gimmick...you will not hang clothes on it....I had really no fatigue on Xtandi because of everything I was doing however I felt I could turn it up a notch...I wanted to use it a while before stating this is real stuff. Do not cut corners if you do not have too...There are imitations out their which you use your I-Pads ...The Peloton comes complete. Some of these instuctors make huge salaries and I can see why....I am 65 rides in and love it....those days when you do not feel like doing anything put on your shoes clip in and as soon as you choose your class with an instructor you are locked in....they also offer yoga , and a number of other classes but the instructor led riding classes are archived and you can bring them up anytime....Seems some people are a little intimidated with something new( and this is natural) so if I can answer your questions over and beyond the site send them to me ....add some resistance training and you are in good shape...you can start now and look back in 60 days knowing you made the right decision....I have had every exercise machine known to man and nothing comes close because of the classes...you must have both matching and coaching .....Blue Skies Sky King and Penny (woof) .........your energy will go up which will in turn lead to a cause and effect of wanting to be more active which is a major way to fight the monster!!! I once had a company called MOTO TST and I trained pro riders...we won back to back AMA championships . I have a background as a sports chiropractor and was a contractor for Suzuki and Yamaha....Trust me on this one!!!! Have fun everyone!!!

You seem like such a cool dude.

Bike inspiration is what I need. Some of my experiments are sapping my energy, and it's only going to get to 62 degrees today. I need a kick in the ass.

That is the beauty of the Peloton ....do not settle for an imitation...they even have 0 percent financing so your total out of pocket comes to 69.99 for the bike til paid off and 39.95 for the instructors for the classes.....If you take the leap send me a message and I will give you my number and I will talk you through everything...You must use their shoes...Blue Skies , Sky King and Penny (woof)

I will be investing in a machine to keep in shape with when I move away from convenient access to a heated pool which I currently use for lap swimming to keep in shape. My research indicates that an elliptical machine is superior if one needs to minimize joint impact as I do due to osteoarthritis in my hips.

“The cycle is pretty easy on the joints. It’s non-impact, but your knees will move from a very bent to a very straight position multiple times each workout, so this can actually lead to grinding of the joints if you aren’t careful”

actually since it is non weight bearing I would not be to concerned....even weight bering is permitted unless you have pain while performing your work out.....Keep in mind the hip pain later can be related to ITB tightening so understand how to take care of that...the benefits of the coaches is huge.....good luck
