I have Benign prostatic hyperplasia and the biggest problem is the enlarged medium lobe...unrelated to the prostate cancer as evident by cystoscopy results. Does anyone have any experience in choosing the TURP procedure or Rezum and treatment on the medium lobe.

Not sure I fully understand your situation but maybe look into this procedure and doc. Full disclosure: Dr Scionti treated me with HIFU. He is skilled and compassionate.
