Anyone using MSM in their protocol, if so why?
Ran across these articles & looked promising. Especially if you have Osteoarthritis to boot.

I haven't used methylsulfonylmethane & I'm a little suspicious of anything conjugated with methyl. Too bad that the Polish study didn't include a mouse component. The literature is sparse, but I am intrigued. Within this group, there must be men taking MSM for other purposes. Would be interesting to know of any effect on PCa.

I was taking MSM 1000 mg once daily. It is good for joint pain and being antinflammatory may help fighting PCa.
The dose should be 1000 mg X 2 times daily.
I stopped it because of starting SRT. I noticed my left knee pain came back few days after stopping it.
As for fighting PCa, and as all of our worries here I would say: I don't know if it was working or not because I was using more than 20 types of vitamins and suppliments at the same time!
I've been taking Glucosamine Chondroitin + MSM (in one product, from Vitacost). I guess the chondroitin isn't so good for prostate cancer.
