I was concerned about how an eligard (ADT) injection might affect my atrial-fibrillation that I take drugs and supplements to deal with. I didn't have a single a-fib episode in the 6 month duration of the eligard. I did better with the eligard than I ever have without it. Maybe the very low T mellowed me out and de-stressed me?

The Xtandi comment stressed me out. I'm sure it is referred to in side effects, but the huge percentage gap is not mentioned. Yikes.

Remember that association is not causation; there is an increased incidence of sudden death, but esp. in the older population being dealt with, you cannot conclude that men taking enzalutamide will die suddenly as a result of the drug. If you have pre-existing heart issues I might take this up with my MO (or cardiologist), but there could be good reasons you are getting this drug and not something else.
