Just a normal PSA test (lowest value = 0.1). Testosterone only if you are taking ADT.

One of the issues with any radiation is that you don’t know if it or ADT caused PSA to decline. Once you stop ADT you’ll know . Every time I had radiation and ADT together (always) once I stopped ADT, PSA started to climb quickly. The doubling rate is an important indicator of the aggressiveness of the PCa. The only positive for me was that metastasis did not recur in any areas radiated. So I conclude that RT indeed worked for those particular mets but others can grow and be detectable with the new scan technologies in pretty short order.

A bone scan would be next.
