Hi there

I am wondering if anyone there to advice me what to do with my urine leakage after surgery 4 years .ago

Any suggestions or treatment to stop this unconfotable side effects?

If physical therapy hasn’t helped, you may wish to consider an artificial urinary sphincter. The surgery is straightforward (if a bit painful), and the device easy to use. I’ve had one over two years now. Happy with result.

I suppose you have already tried the Kegel exercises, but there may be some benefit of doing them anyway:

Not a problem. After brachytherapy and an LRP, I decided I did not want any more surgical interventions "down there". I had been through enough trauma, and been left in enough discomfort, as it was. So, DribbleStop proved my godsend. I have been wearing it since 2015, without any issues.

The sphincter sounds good but there is also a sling...Google Dr Zafir Kahn and ask him.

He knows most of these alternatives.
