Sounds like another big pharma power play in the works. Hard to imagine that in the end the FDA won't due their bidding on this. Just another example that greed knows no bounds - and that patient interests are the last consideration when profits are to be made.

Anecdotal story.... there was a guy who could not get rid of C. diff....after trying everything and not improving, his wife pooped--put it in a blender and then gave her hubby a liquid poop enema to recolonize his bowel...he got better.... and now, the pharmaceutical companies see a way to make money....shame she didn't patent this... Crazy that C. diff kills more people than prostate cancer in US...
