I updated my blog based on the latest data from STAMPEDE on debulking and their unplanned secondary analysis on use of Zytiga for men with multiple vs few metastases:

Thank you for the update. Have added celecoxib to xgeva. But 400mg total daily. Half of what was used in trial. Will give a couple of months and then try increase to 800mg total.
