New study below [1].

The androgen receptor [AR] remains the favorite target. We deprive them of androgen & gum them up with antiandrogens. We can target AR overexpression or accelerate AR decay.

"Riluzole (marketed as Rilutek and Teglutik) is a drug used to treat amyotrophic lateral sclerosis." [2]

Riluzole "downregulates AR-FL, mutant ARs, and AR-V7 proteins expression by protein degradation".

"Riluzole also significantly inhibited AR transcription activity by decreasing its target genes expression (PSA, TMPRSS2, and KLK2)."

Interesting article. But it does not specify how many pills a day are required to achive a good result in humans.

I found this drug while looking for depression treatments and then saw how it affects prostate cancer so I came on this site to see if it was mentioned. It's always interesting to see how few replies there are to the more complex issues. Plus, this kind of drug probably isn't easy to get access too. I'm going to check with my behavioral health doc to see what she has to say about it.
