Wow, Thanks for this Gus. I can't believe some of these people: "Oh no we can't do that, we have such limited data on whether it's safe or not." That's easy to say when your life isn't the one that's on the line. The dying patient doesn't need the "Nanny State" telling them what's safe enough for their dying body. These people just don't get it.
This will lead to the end of death from PCa....Xtandi...then Darolutamide....then Proxilutamide...new immune drugs in trials...cancer vaccine...there will always be a new drug...I am really glad for guys like you Gregg who need access to these new drugs now

You still have the hurdle of getting a doctor to write the script. Then there is also the issue of getting insurance to pay. But at least there will be the possibility, it's a big step in the right direction.
I have still quite a few FDA approved treatments left that I can try, but I expect the day to come when I am running out of options and hope. I'm hoping to be able to get some of the newest drugs at that time if they look promising.
The Doc will write the prescription...will have no choice....if you are on medicare the Ins will have to pay...same rules as approved....not sure about no medicare but the Ins would be open to lawsuits if they did not pay because they would not have the cover of "it's experimental"
Sounds good. I'll be on Medicare in July 2019.
