Just make sure the beef and cheese comes from grass fed cattle which are good sources of CLA

Finally some good news!

Ok, so, "Excuse me dead cow, did the rancher feed you just grass?" Also, should I marinate the beef overnight in gator blood? Presumably this meat and cheese is from animals that are NOT treated with various growth hormones and antibiotics ????

Europeans would know this well, but us Americans are actually coddled when it comes to beef. The cattle over yonder pond, are grass fed. And as such, them burgers taste like grass. Our cattle are grain fed, mmm mmm good!

When I asked Dr. Myers, he was pretty clear to me that no beef was good, just that grass fed was better than corn fed. If it was grass fed, then maybe such beef eaten once a month was tolerable.

I have to confess that for 10 years I ate no red meat, but this past 2 years occasionally I will enjoy a nice steak, or maybe a pot roast cooked to the point of breaking apart with a fork. 95% of the time it is just wild fish, or Chicken with no hormones. I still believe the reason for me getting PC was that I ate far to much bacon.
