I have often wondered if the reason Pomegranate juice was found to slow disease progression is that like grapefruit juice it is a cyp34a inhibitor and increases the dose of meds we are on. To Bad about the ipimumab study.

My husband is newly diagnosed. 55 yrs old. Gleason 9 Grade 5. Had RP on 3/16/20 t3b n1 with 9/43 positive nodes. PSA 1.4 at 6 weeks.

What can we expect next? He is scheduled for bone and ct scans next week and possibly Axumin scan...
