Boy Darryl, it would be really nice to know this answer. The disparity might be due to a number of different issues. Possible issues could include genetics, access to healthcare and cultural issues.

I'm speculating here. Diet? Reluctance to submit to DRE, or avoidance or unavailability of annual physicals?
