I have now been given new medication to help with my anxiety and inattentiveness, has anyone tried propranolol or can share their experiences please??

Yes! Its very good. It slows your heart rate down.

One pill cured my life long fear of public speaking.

I like to have them around for occasional use for

Anxiety

Inability to calm down

Pressured situations that would otherwise make my heart race.

They can trigger athsma in some people. I have mild athsma but they don't trigger me.

IMHO this is a great "in case of emergency break glass" drug.

Thank you this has really helped! I do feel a lot calmer and my heart is not beating as crazy fast as it used to so fingers crossed this can sort my anxiety out! x
