Yes. Talk to your Dr. I just switched meds to Armodafinal because of the same issue, but with Adderall. I'm an RN and afraid of permanent damage.journals.sagepub.com/doi/fu...
I've resorted to hand warmers and washing my hands under hot water, or even a hot shower if I can. The cold symptoms I get trigger my anxiety symptoms and that was liberating to connect the two.
