Hi! I'm new to this website. I have ADHD, it is a pain in the butt. But I have found ways to get through it. I have been called stupid, by some people, because of how slow I am with learning different things. But I don't let it bother me. I keep on going. My mom and dad have helped me a lot.

Good on you! Sounds like you have a great supportive relationship with your parents, so don't worry about what others say. There's an old saying: 'Those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind'. Best of luck.

Great to hear that you keep going. Coping strategies for dealing with the ADHD condition are numerous, but you have to find a few that actually work for you. Not every person will benefit the same from any given strategy, so it's a work in progress. It is for me as well. Well wishes in your journey.

Having supportive parents is a wonderful thing. I struggled because I didn’t have anyone in my life growing up that was supportive of me and it’s caused me to develop a low self esteem
