One consolation is that the dryness should resolve once you're off the drug. You may have already tried it, but applying vitamin E serum/oil to lips during the day might help. Use copiously. Superdrug sell their own brand for under £5. They also do a vitamin E lip balm, but the facial oil/serum might absorb better. You could also try a hefty dollop of vitamin E night cream on lips overnight.

I hope you find something that works.

Hi, I’m new on here I have been on this medication for almost 2 weeks my lips have started to go really dry this week, I’m currently using the Carmex lip balm I apply it as soon as I get up and throughout the day once I start to feel my lips becoming tight. I get bad lips anyway this time of year and this is the only thing that works for me.

Aquaphor lip repair - I’m on isotret too and slather it on a few times a day and always before bed. Learned not to lick my lips too however dry they feel as it makes them so much worse!
