When my grandson gets wound up and can't sleep, I put on lallabye music for him. I've been playing music for him since he was a newborn. Rock a bye collection and a childs gifts if lullabyes. Now he's a sleep by the end of 2 songs. Very very rare in the beginning the he would finish a full cd before he fell a sleep.

I also try to incorporate white noise and soft rock, new age such as Enya.
