Thank you every body cause I thought I was the only person who's leg swells up lol I would like to no if it was safe to work out with a dvt in both legs

  • Are you using thrombosis stockings? You should be. The last thing you want is for the blood clot to break loose and go to your lungs. I would think gentle exercise is better. It is going to take time for the swelling to go down and pain to stop. Be very careful of those muscle boosters and check they will not cause problems with your Meds. Elevate your legs. If possible get two bricks. Place then under the bottom legs of your bed. It's only a few inches. But it will make sure that the blood flows back from your legs. Less chance of further complications. Be aware of changes in your body and Breething.
