Do you use a home test for the monitoring of a medical condition? This could include measuring your blood glucose or your blood coagulation (INR).

If so, we could like to invite you to participate in a questionnaire study. Your responses will be anonymous and the questionnaire can be completed online or in paper format and will take approximately 15-20 minutes.

This study is being done by the NIHR Diagnostic Evidence Co-operative London that is based at Imperial College London. The purpose of this research study is to user-test a questionnaire that we have designed with patients to measure how home test devices impact on the lives of their users. We believe that measuring this information will provide an important perspective when decisions are being made about whether or not to introduce a new test.

Alternatively, if you would like more details in paper format or have any other questions please contact Jeremy Huddy (Email j.huddy@imperial.ac.uk Telephone: 0203 3126532).
