I feel like that, I go out with MRfc and we choose walks and parks that are full of dogs.

Me too - where I live we're not allowed to have pets.

Hi kay50. I would hate to be without my two dogs Kizzy and Ebony they are a huge part of our family. It must be awful not to be allowed pets.

My two lift our mood when we are a bit down and are very funny.xxx

I have a dog. A lovely Borador. No offences to my husband and kids but he 'the dog' is the love of my life, best friend for ever .

Aww. They sure are. I lost my dearest pup a few months ago, we were the best of friends. Walking hasn't been the same without him.

At the moment and until my daughter moves in to her new home I walk 3 beagles every day. Its hard work because, as sent hounds, they have to stay on the lead but I get 60%of my 10,000 steps that way. I will be left with 1 when she goes so can do more adventurous stuff then but I guess I will still have to provide doggy day care for a while. They are such fun, cause trouble, but great when your down as the previous writer said.

We look after our sons dog from time to time a gorgeous Cocker spaniel and walking him is like a different world Complete strangers stop and chat and it's so nice 😊

Dogs are great company. If I were in a position to take one on it would be so hard to choose which breed, they all have the eyes to melt your heart!

Researching the breads is essential. Going to London Olympia World of Dogs or the the any of the days at Crufts is a great place to start. or go to your local Rescue centre and Voltaire as a dog walker.

I always watch Paul O'Grady for the love of dogs. It makes me want one so much.

I have 2 dogs. I large (GSD part Alaskan Malamute) one small (mostly Jack Russell and rest mix). Both characters. Our large dog Stella eats anything and everything and at 9 yrs of age still thinks she's a pup. Our jack Russell mix thinks he can take on the world and is a very fussy eater. They are like brother and sister. Argue one minute cuddle the next.
