I love cycling but just don't feel quite right about riding while I'm trying to manage my cancer responsibly. Any feedback out there? I'd love to hear your perspectives.

Are you concerned about pressure on your prostate from your bicycle seat?

Don't cycle before having a PSA. The pressure can increase the reading. Likewise, no sex. Same reason.

Men with incontinence who are wearing pads have issues with finding restrooms in a hurry. Seems like a lot of men with prostate cancer are cyclers.

Yes, that's my concern. I purchased a bicycle seat with prostate area relief but just don't feel responsible sitting on my prostate.

I’ve practically stopped riding for the same reason. It’s become mental for me.
