just got a email from my Doctor to change my appointment for my 5th biopsy from Jan 15th to Feb 2, and I am ok with that......

That should give you a bit more time to consider whether or not there is value in getting a fifth biopsy....what will you learn from a fifth biopsy since your diagnosis in mid 2013? I have not read any evidence based research that suggests that annual biopsy's extend life, when PSA and other scans/tests are not elevated or imaging new spots.
