What's the point of GPs

Just been told there is a 8 month waiting list for pain clinic I have been waiting for 4 GP is crap all they give is pregablin and week dyhidrocoadine my life feels if I'm in some cheep horrible movie

I'm so sorry for you.

I've had my Chronic Pain since 2005 following "Steriotactic Radio Surgery"

Sorry but the Chronic Pain is nothing I like to "boast about"

Yes I have also got the "T-Shirt" when it comes to GP's & Pain Clinic's.

Too date they have only increased my "Pain Levels" "Big Time"

I understand what your going through I call the pain clinic my doctor referred me too and that was in June the soonest I could get in is November and that is a long wait even you wait is when we are all in pain.

I'm afraid I don't rate pain clinics. Your GP will be the one prescribing all your Meds and referral to physio etc. I am fortunate to have a great working relationship with my GP. I suggest you build one with yours or change Dr.
