as much as some things can be difficult it`s important to push on through and not be ruled by our anxieties and fears.
Yes, absolutely Kenny, but sometimes our anxieties are all consuming and we just don't know which way to turn, our lives are often ruled by our anxiety and fears.
I wish there was a quick fix but sadly I don't know of any.
Having some sort of structure to our daily lives really helps.
I wonder what others think?
I never go out apart from medical appointments, if I'm able to. I have no social or family life.

I had a very difficult time when I was first diagnosed. I would get so anxious I would vomit before having to leave the house
I avoided social activities of any kind for about two years. The only thing that I went out for was therapy and to see my doctor.
Looking back I now know I felt this way long before my diagnosis. I only know this now because all that is gone

Hi Dolphin14
That must have been so upsetting for you and very restrictive x
Yes, the last thing you must have needed was socialising when you're feeling so anxious.
I'm really glad you're so much better Dolphin x
