First of all well done you on your weight loss that is fabulous what you have achieved..
Everybody who's lost weight don't feel they are slim enough I've only lost 2 stone since April and I feel not happy with myself still I'm keeping it up..purging is in us all especially when we are trying to lose weight I think this is normal in most cases...keep yourself positive and keep strong you can do this
I did that a few weeks ago called it throw back Thursday didn't realise how much I'd actually lost...keep your determination we do have the odd slip up and binge but we're all human so just pick yourself up babe and start again you've got this
