Hi Mysterymoodxx

I have mirtazapine to help me sleep at night and not be as jumpy and unsettled I find it ok but I'm only on 15mg a night at first I wad a bit restless as I couldn't sleep but I find it's more of a calmer than anything it's a bit lije diazepam that's a calmer too... So sorry that you find it hard to cope that results in a overdose I do understand how low you can become though I've been on the brink for many years and find it hard to get out of have you been in touch with a councillor or therapist to help you talk about your situation I will attach some helpful information at the end of this message theres also your local crisis team if your in the UK.

Please remember although you probably feel right now that no one gets you... nobody can help and that you feel so alone but believe me although you may feel alone at the minute you are so not alone in this theres so many people suffering as we do as we both speak you have come to the right place reach out to anyone on here at any time hope this helps
