The British Tinnitus Association is holding a free tinnitus information day in at The Jurys Inn in Southampton on Saturday 14 October 2017.

Thanks to funding from the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund, this event is free of charge to attend for the general public. Our tinnitus experts will be giving talks throughout the day about the basic facts on tinnitus, treatments available, how to manage stress and methods of relaxation.

The aims of the day are to familiarise patients and those who support them on all aspects of the impact of tinnitus, draw attention to the therapy choices available and have an opportunity to share information. To benefit fully from the day, it would be ideal to attend for the whole event and take part in the taster sessions during the lunch break; however there is no problem in arriving/leaving early.

It's completely free of charge, but we do ask that you register so we can make sure we have enough room and enough lunch to go round - you can find out more information and register here:
