Pregabalin and Weight Gain
My referral to Leicester Sleep Clinic resulted in being told to take a multivitamin with iron for the rest of my life and have regular
blood
tests
. No infusion offered despite bringing Ayo Algorithm with me as evidence. I have noticed rapid weight gain even on this low dosage.

increased headaches not on Aspirin
I had lots of
blood
tests
carried out and everything appeared to be ok, although they told me to come off the Aspirin for a while and speak to my Heamo on next appointment.

TSH 37 - taking Levothyroxine 200mg
tests
have indicated low bone phosate levels - do you think this could be linked to the Levothyroxine medication?

Subclinical hypothyroidism
Hi I recently attended the doctors for
blood
tests
regarding irregular periods, I am 42 I maybe thought it could be the start of perimenopause. After discussing the results with my doctor she has diagnosed subclinical hypothyroidism and reffered me for another blood test in 3 months.

refusing treatment how fast do people decline?
He is decided not to go for
blood
tests
that regulate his liver medications, he has decided not to interact with the GP and let himself decline. He has become more tired, his speech slower, clearly signs that the HE is getting worse.

HRT, low white blood cell count & NDT
She wanted a blood test doing first - I have been taking NDT for about 8 years (doing really well on it) and basically my GP didn't understand it, stopped calling me in for
blood
tests
and I haven't been for years.

possible PMR?
Physio suspects PMR and tells me to tell GP to run
blood
tests
. Do you think this is possibly PMR? I have another autoimmune disease (microscopic colitis) which developed 2 years ago but I have been symptom free from that for a year. Thank you for any advice. I’m 51.

Is there seasonality to testosterone levels?
The recovery seems to have peaked in October but then its gone down on each of the subsequent
blood
tests
. The doc says that maybe its because it is warmer in Summer/Fall than now.

Just spoke to my parathyroid /thyroid surgeon 😁
She as requested I get full thyroid and thyroid antibodies
blood
tests
done.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣 Yeah I told her I'd been trying to get my surgery to do that 🤦seeing as I've not taken any thyroid medication since January 31st, 😡 to say the least she was appalled, and she works for the nhs😂.

Desperate need for help and advice
I’ve experienced a number of different symptoms over the past 2 and a half years which has resulted in me having a colonoscopy, CT, MRI, Ultrasound and numerous
blood
tests
. All thankfully have come back positive but I’ve really struggled during this time.

Curious about my experiance. Interested in what others think?
It the physio who sugguested PMR and
blood
tests
at Dr pointed in that direction, about 3 weeks from initial symptoms. GP contacted Rheumatologist who said to the effect that as it was diagnosed so quickly, we could try going in fast and out fast. I take it my current regime is a direct result?

Ups & downs again, but back on the up.
Just need yearly
blood
tests
to ensure my liver function hasn’t been affected - possible due to trauma of narrowed biliary ducts & scarring due to my condition but I am classed as at very minimal risk.

primary billiary cirrhosis and blood tests
Hi Wondered if anyone could answer this question for me. I’ve been diagnosed with primary billary cirrhosis. Is that different to any other type of cirrhosis or is that the same ? I’m wondering if this is why they have prescribed me URSO acid. thank you
