Is Pluvitco about to become available soon?
Exhausted chemo, radiation therapy,
ADT
. Pluvitco would be my last chance of prolonging my life.

PSA rise but scans are clear. Appetite and activity level are 0
I have spoken on here a few times about my dad who is on Erleada +
ADT
but it has failed. They have done quite a few scans recently because he is in significant pain. But all scans have come back “clear” in that there is no significant change in metastasis etc.

ART ASCO GU 2023: Testosterone Recovery Following Androgen Suppression and Prostate Radiotherapy (TRANSPORT)
There are many studies that show TET recovery for men treated with RT and
ADT
. Most show delay is correlated to the time spent under
ADT
treatment. I have seen some posts that purport 5 year average timeframes; this appeared excessive.

Should I fight for Darolutamide ?
I will start
ADT
again, this time with a 2nd generation added. I will restart Zoladex, and MO is adding Enzalutamide this time. My main concern is about cognitive SEs, since I work full time as a Software Enginner, my job depends of my brain.

Casodex
Is anyone doing only Casodex for their
ADT
together with their salvage rad? Are there any disadvantages for a six month course? Seems like it would make T recovery less of a problem.

Docetaxel and deterioration
She expressed concern that, as I have been receiving
ADT
since 2004, and as this has been heavy on my organs, she is worried that my liver and kidneys will not be strong enough to withstand the chemotherapy.

Study: Addition of Short-term ADT Fails to Improve Survival over Radiotherapy Alone for Intermediate-Risk PCa
Reportedly, trials have shown that adding
ADT
to RT improves survival in men with aggressive prostate cancer. This could result from the
ADT
making cancer cells more susceptible to radiation or it could result from exposure to
ADT
at an earlier stage of the disease.

PSMA PET Scan Shows no mets?!
Radiation of prostate after 8 months of
ADT
. I've had now 4 PET scans. The latest was yesterday, as reported below. It says now there are no mets or lymph node uptakes. My MO says there could be microscopic cancer cells lurking. I would like to get off
ADT
at some point soon.

Does a biopsy of a recurrent LN will help in anything ?
Hi all, short version of my Bio: RP in 2019 followed by 33 sessions SBRT with short term
ADT
(6 mo). Reccurence in 2021, SRT to one LN in 2022, 5 sessions with short term
ADT
(6 mo). As soon the
ADT
stopped the PSA started rising, it´s 0.53 now.

Time to saddle up the ADT pony
Its been a good 2+ yrs but my PSA has gone up to 2.5 so i go in next week for a PSMA scan and i would guess i will be back on
ADT
. So my issue is that I am taking all of my family to France in June and i remember how going on
ADT
the first time kicked my behind - and it was almost overnight.

Worrying study on long-term ADT (esp Enza)
Is this NED affect of long-term
ADT
common knowledge? If so, is it particular to Enza? 2. Has anyone ever just stopped
ADT
and, if so, what was the impact on their PSA? 3. Does anyone have any alternatives to Enza (I was already coming off it because of the horrible, exhausting SEs)?
